Audra prepared us before putting our house on the market. We had several offers within the first few days and she advised us in the best route to take. Our experience with Audra was wonderful. We were home shopping in the Lakeland area from afar and she had her "finger on the pulse" of everything we were interested in and really kept us going, despite a lack of inventory at the time we needed to purchase. Audra is great at balancing professionalism and friendliness - a really great personality for staying the course and getting the job done. Like other satisfied clients, she was able to help coordinate many details while we were living elsewhere - she was great at communicating and doing "weather checks" to make sure we felt comfortable with everything. Fantastic realtor is an understatement! We are a military family and move around a lot. We wanted to buy a house in Lakeland because of the elementary school. In October of 2017 we flew to Memphis from Seattle for less than 48 hours to house hunt. With only a couple of days notice of our arrival Audra had set up eight showings! After flying back to Seattle we put an offer on one of the houses we had seen. Audra took over everything from there because we were out of state. She was at the house for the inspection and termite inspection because we couldn’t be there ourselves. Buying a house is stressful and doing it from out of state is even more so. Audra made it happen! We will be using her again to sell our Lakeland home in a few years!
